E Enrollment in periodic courses for professionals: personal data necessary to identify the participant (common data such as first name, last name, etc.) are required for registration, for sending reminders, and for downloading documentation related to the periodic professional courses. BWF will use the data to send reminders of periodic appointments and related activities following your subscription to this service. 4. NATURE OF THE DATA SUBMISSION AND SOURCE FROM WHICH THE DATA ORIGINATE
The provision of the data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) for the purposes referred to in Article 3, letters A), B), C), D), E), F), and G) above is necessary in order to browse and register on the Website, and to use the related services. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to obtain the requested services. Conversely, providing the data in the fields not marked with an asterisk, while potentially useful for facilitating interactions with the Data Controller, is optional, and failure to provide them will not affect access to the requested services.
With regard to the marketing purposes referred to in Article 3, letter H), the provision of data is optional. Your refusal will prevent BABY WELLNESS FOUNDATION from processing your data for marketing purposes, but it will not prevent you from browsing and registering on the Website or using its related services as set out in Article 3, letters A), B), C), D), and E). The purposes referred to in letters F) and G) are subsequent to the main activities.
Regarding the purpose described in point B), some of your data may have been previously collected from third-party training institutions unrelated to the Foundation, for the purpose of issuing certificates of attendance for sponsored training sessions. The privacy notice provided at the time of event registration specifies the communication of data to Baby Wellness Foundation and includes a link to this privacy policy.
5. METHODS OF PROCESSING
Your data will be processed by the Data Controller primarily through electronic and digital means. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. The Data Controller has adopted all appropriate security measures as required by law.
6. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND DATA DISCLOSURE
For the purposes for which the data are collected, the Data Controller may make use of categories of entities to whom the data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them in their capacity as data processors. By way of example, but not limited to, these may include:

Exclusively for the purposes specified above, your personal data may also be accessed by internal personnel of the Data Controller who are authorized to process the data based on their respective job duties. No data collected on the Website are subject to disclosure.

The Website also contains social buttons. These are digital buttons placed on the web page to facilitate sharing on specific social networks.
