Il influence des fonctions physiologiques fondamentales telles que le sommeil, la temp\u00e9rature corporelle, la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion hormonale et l\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Chez le nouveau-n\u00e9, ce <strong>syst\u00e8me est encore immature \u00e0 la naissance<\/strong>, mais il se d\u00e9veloppe rapidement au cours des premiers mois de vie. La maturation du rythme circadien joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans le bien-\u00eatre et le d\u00e9veloppement neurophysiologique de l\u2019enfant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"background-color: #e8eff4; color: white; padding: 5px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #006271;\">Comment fonctionne-t-il?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le rythme circadien est gouvern\u00e9 par une \u00ab horloge biologique centrale \u00bb situ\u00e9e dans le <strong>noyau suprachiasmatique (NSC) de l\u2019hypothalamus<\/strong>. Ce centre re\u00e7oit principalement des informations de la lumi\u00e8re ambiante et synchronise les rythmes corporels avec les stimuli externes, tels que le cycle lumi\u00e8re-obscurit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la naissance, le NSC est morphologiquement form\u00e9 mais encore immature sur le plan fonctionnel, ce qui explique la r\u00e9partition apparemment al\u00e9atoire du sommeil et de l\u2019\u00e9veil sur les 24 heures chez le nouveau-n\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Deux hormones sont essentielles \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation circadienne:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La m\u00e9latonine<\/strong>, s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e par la glande pin\u00e9ale pendant les heures d\u2019obscurit\u00e9, avec un effet soporifique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le cortisol<\/strong>, produit par les glandes surr\u00e9nales, avec un pic dans les premi\u00e8res heures du matin, favorisant l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9veil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chez le nouveau-n\u00e9, la production autonome de m\u00e9latonine d\u00e9bute autour de la 8\u1d49\u201312\u1d49 semaine de vie, tandis que le cortisol pr\u00e9sente un rythme circadien plus d\u00e9fini vers 2\u20133 mois.<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"background-color: #e8eff4; color: white; padding: 5px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #006271;\">Les caract\u00e9ristiques du cycle circadien chez le nouveau-n\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La maturation du rythme circadien chez le nouveau-n\u00e9 d\u00e9pend d\u2019une combinaison de facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, environnementaux et comportementaux.
