En fonction de leurs habitudes et du temp\u00e9rament de l\u2019enfant, les parents apprendront rapidement \u00e0 comprendre comment pr\u00e9parer au mieux les diff\u00e9rents espaces domestiques. \u00c0 mesure que le b\u00e9b\u00e9 d\u00e9veloppe ses capacit\u00e9s motrices, sa curiosit\u00e9 le poussera \u00e0 saisir des objets et \u00e0 les porter \u00e0 la bouche. Il essaiera de monter les escaliers, d\u2019ouvrir les placards, de glisser ses doigts dans les endroits les plus improbables, de se rouler sur le sol. La surveillance de l\u2019adulte devra donc \u00eatre constante, sans pour autant devenir \u00e9touffante. Il devra suivre son enfant avec attention afin de pr\u00e9venir les dangers potentiels, tout en encourageant son autonomie, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que, avec le temps, l\u2019enfant puisse d\u00e9velopper la capacit\u00e9 de reconna\u00eetre les risques par lui-m\u00eame et acqu\u00e9rir confiance en lui.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le dernier chapitre consacr\u00e9 au choix des produits de pu\u00e9riculture, nous d\u00e9couvrirons des conseils utiles pour pr\u00e9parer la maison du point de vue de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : nous parlerons de barri\u00e8res, de protections d\u2019angles et de divers dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les prochains chapitres, en revanche, nous aborderons certaines attentions concernant l\u2019environnement domestique au sens large, qui ne
