Estos comportamientos crean una especie de <strong>\u201cpuente\u201d entre la vigilia y el sue\u00f1o<\/strong>, preparando el cuerpo y la mente para el descanso. Lo mismo ocurre con los ni\u00f1os: ofrecerles una<strong> rutina tranquila y constante<\/strong> les ayuda a reconocer el momento de ir a dormir, reduce la ansiedad por separaci\u00f3n y favorece el proceso de conciliaci\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"background-color: #e8eff4; color: white; padding: 5px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #006271;\">Reconocer las se\u00f1ales de sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"8279\" data-end=\"8449\">Despu\u00e9s de los 4 meses, los beb\u00e9s comienzan a mostrar se\u00f1ales espec\u00edficas cuando est\u00e1n preparados para dormir. En este caso, el beb\u00e9 aprende a dormirse \u00fanicamente en determinadas condiciones (contacto, movimiento, voz) y tender\u00e1 a necesitarlas en cada despertar fisiol\u00f3gico, que durante la noche puede producirse en cada transici\u00f3n entre las diferentes fases del sue\u00f1o. Es como si un adulto se durmiera en su propia cama y se despertara repentinamente en el sof\u00e1: se sentir\u00eda desorientado y necesitar\u00eda volver a su cama para volver a dormirse.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"background-color: #e8eff4; color: white; padding: 5px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #006271;\">Favorecer la autonom\u00eda del sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"10352\" data-end=\"10717\">Acompa\u00f1ar al ni\u00f1o en su crecimiento tambi\u00e9n significa ayudarle a<strong> desarrollar confianza en el sue\u00f1o y en sus capacidades de autorregulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
