Este influye en funciones fisiol\u00f3gicas fundamentales como el sue\u00f1o, la temperatura corporal, la secreci\u00f3n hormonal y la alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el reci\u00e9n nacido, este sistema a\u00fan es inmaduro al nacer, pero se desarrolla r\u00e1pidamente en los primeros meses de vida. La maduraci\u00f3n del ritmo circadiano tiene un papel crucial en el bienestar y en el desarrollo neurofisiol\u00f3gico del ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"background-color: #e8eff4; color: white; padding: 5px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #006271;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El ritmo circadiano est\u00e1 gobernado por un \u201creloj biol\u00f3gico central\u201d situado en el <strong>n\u00facleo supraquiasm\u00e1tico (SCN) del hipot\u00e1lamo<\/strong>.
