Las siestas durante el d\u00eda ayudan a regular el <strong>estado de \u00e1nimo<\/strong> del ni\u00f1o y mejoran el <strong>aprendizaje,<\/strong> la <strong>memoria<\/strong> y el <strong>comportamiento<\/strong> en general. Adem\u00e1s, contribuyen a un sue\u00f1o nocturno m\u00e1s tranquilo y de calidad. Las siestas diurnas pueden ocurrir por la ma\u00f1ana y\/o por la tarde, seg\u00fan la edad de nuestros peque\u00f1os. Un reci\u00e9n nacido, por ejemplo, tendr\u00e1 ritmos diferentes a un ni\u00f1o de tres a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>En los beb\u00e9s de aproximadamente <strong>4 a 7\/9 meses<\/strong>, la power nap es una breve siesta por la tarde, de la duraci\u00f3n de un ciclo de sue\u00f1o <strong>(30\/45 minutos)<\/strong>.
