Entre los s\u00edntomas t\u00edpicos, las n\u00e1useas son de los primeros en aparecer, y muchas veces se acompa\u00f1an de una percepci\u00f3n alterada de los sabores y de un aumento de la sensibilidad a los olores.<\/p>\n<p>Com\u00fanmente, se denominan <strong>n\u00e1useas matutinas,<\/strong> pero sus s\u00edntomas pueden aparecer a lo largo de todo el d\u00eda, e incluso de la noche.29 En general, los s\u00edntomas aparecen entre la cuarta y la novena semana de gestaci\u00f3n, se agudizan entre las siete y las 12 semanas y tienden a desaparecer entre la 12 y la 16. \u00danicamente se habla de <strong>hiper\u00e9mesis grav\u00eddica<\/strong> cuando estos s\u00edntomas persisten m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del primer trimestre o aumentan de intensidad, con v\u00f3mitos continuos, desequilibrio electrol\u00edtico, p\u00e9rdida de peso, cetosis y acetonuria.<\/p>\n<p>Los casos t\u00edpicos de n\u00e1useas del embarazo no comportan, en general, ning\u00fan riesgo para la madre ni para el feto. En cambio, pueden ser perjudiciales cuando son tan intensas que producen una p\u00e9rdida excesiva de l\u00edquidos y de nutrientes a trav\u00e9s del v\u00f3mito, llegando a disminuir el peso de la madre y generando un estado de estr\u00e9s potencialmente nocivo para el feto.30 Para atenuar la sensaci\u00f3n de n\u00e1useas, los expertos proponen una serie de recomendaciones, que enumeramos a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dormir un n\u00famero de horas adecuado para estar bien descansada, ya que la fatiga del embarazo empeora las n\u00e1useas. Al despertar, se recomienda levantarse lentamente, para evitar bajadas bruscas de la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar ir a lugares donde haga calor, porque, con el aumento de la temperatura, la sensaci\u00f3n de n\u00e1useas se acent\u00faa.<\/li>\n<li>Dar un paseo diario.<\/li>\n<li>No tumbarse despu\u00e9s de haber comido.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar lavarse los dientes inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de las comidas.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar los desplazamientos largos en coche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por lo que respecta a la alimentaci\u00f3n, proponemos algunos consejos<br \/>\nmuy \u00fatiles: (31)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consumir frecuentemente peque\u00f1os tentempi\u00e9s y raciones peque\u00f1as de comida, dando preferencia a los alimentos fr\u00edos.<\/li>\n<li>Dar preferencia a alimentos ricos en prote\u00ednas y pobres en grasas. Por lo tanto, los platos principales deben acompa\u00f1arse de un segundo plato, alternando legumbres, quesos, carne, pescado y huevos. Para los tentempi\u00e9s, est\u00e1n indicados los frutos secos (nueces, avellanas, almendras y anacardos) en cantidades moderadas, as\u00ed como semillas (calabaza, girasol y s\u00e9samo).
