Prof. Marialice Boldi

Graduated in Biological Sciences and Dental Hygiene, she served as Past President of AIDI (Italian Dental Hygienists Association) from 2006 to 2015. She is currently President of the AIDI Board of Arbitrators.

She is an Adjunct Professor in the Degree Course in Dental Hygiene at the University of Insubria and at the University of Verona, Rovereto campus. She was part of the ministerial committees responsible for drafting the following documents:
Guidelines for the promotion of oral health and the prevention of oral diseases in children and adolescents,
Guidelines for the promotion of oral health in pediatric patients undergoing chemo and/or radiotherapy, and
Revised guidelines for the promotion of oral health in pediatric patients undergoing chemo and/or radiotherapy.

From 2011 to 2017, she was Scientific Coordinator of the “Advanced Training Courses for Dental Hygienists” at the University of Genoa, with a focus on the use of laser light and new technologies in dental hygiene.

She is a member of the Scientific Committee of COI-AIOG (Italian Odontostomatological Circle – Italian Association of General Dentistry).
A speaker at conferences and scientific events, she is the author of numerous articles published in dental journals.
